Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using Visual Consult and the responsibilities that apply to customers and account users.

Last updated: May 18, 2026

1. Service overview

Visual Consult provides website-embedded software that lets visitors upload a photo, select supported aesthetic concerns, and view an illustrative AI-generated preview before deciding whether to book a consultation.

Previews are informational and illustrative only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment planning, or a guarantee of clinical outcome.

2. Accounts and customer use

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, maintaining accurate workspace and embed settings, and ensuring your use of Visual Consult complies with applicable laws, professional rules, and your own patient or visitor disclosures.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to upload unlawful, explicit, abusive, infringing, or non-consensual content; attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service; bypass usage limits; or use previews as a substitute for professional clinical judgment.

4. Visitor photos and preview outputs

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for photos and other content submitted through the service. Visual Consult may process submitted content to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Notice.

5. Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans, included preview volumes, overages, renewals, and billing terms are presented at checkout or in an order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual property

Visual Consult and its software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by Visual Consult or its licensors. You retain rights to your customer content and visitor-submitted content, subject to the license needed for us to operate the service.

7. Third-party services

The service may rely on infrastructure, payment, analytics, communications, error monitoring, and AI model providers. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we select providers intended to support reliable and secure operation.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visual Consult disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access if use creates security, legal, payment, or operational risk, or if these terms are violated.
