This Privacy Notice explains how Visual Consult collects, uses, shares, and protects information when customers evaluate, sign up for, and use our dashboard and embedded preview tools.

We may collect account information, contact messages, workspace settings, billing records, authentication logs, device and usage data, embedded widget analytics, photos submitted through your embedded preview, selected preview concerns, and generated preview outputs.

We use information to provide and secure the service, generate previews, authenticate users, process billing, respond to inquiries, measure widget performance, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.

Uploaded photos and generated previews are processed to create the requested illustrative experience. Previews are not medical advice and do not predict or guarantee treatment results. We do not use submitted photos or generated previews for unrelated advertising or model training without a separate opt-in and appropriate vendor terms.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Visual Consult, including hosting and storage providers, AI model providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics tools, and error monitoring services. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, support customers, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may contact us to request deletion, subject to verification and applicable retention obligations.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, secure infrastructure, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and you should not submit content that you are not authorized to share.

Visual Consult is designed as a consultation-intent and illustrative preview tool. It is not a medical record system. Customers are responsible for determining whether their use requires additional notices, consents, business associate agreements, or other healthcare privacy obligations.

You may choose not to provide optional information. Account users can update certain workspace and account information in the dashboard. You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance.
